Tiny-Mite:
Our Tiny Mite (TM) squad consists of kindergarten, first and second graders. This is an instructional level. The team practices three evenings per week during the months of July thru August; and one to two evening per week during the school year, plus possibly cheering one night per week. Tiny Mite cheerleaders learn simple sideline cheers; basic tumbling and age appropriate stuns as well as perform a half time routine during each football game. No experience required. The squad will perform an exhibition at the ASC Pop Warner State Cheer Competition that will be held in October.
Mitey-Mite:
Our Mitey Mite (MM) squad is comprised of second and third graders. This is an instructional level. The team practices three evenings per week during the months of July and August; and one to two evenings per week during the school year. There is the possibility of one game during the week. MM Cheerleaders learn sidelines cheers, jumps, basic tumbling and age appropriate stunts as well as performing half time routine during each football game. No experience is required. The squad will perform an exhibition at the ASC Pop Warner State Cheer Competition that will be held d in October.
Junior Peewee:
This is our beginning competition level squad. The squad is comprised of fourth, fifth, and sixth graders. This team practices four evenings per week during the months of July and August; and two evening per week during the school, with the possibility of one to two games during the week. The squad will learn sideline cheers, jumps, basic tumbling and competitive stunts and pyramids. No experienced required. The squad will perform a half time routine during each football game as well as attend the ASC Pop Warner State Cheer Competition that will be held in October. Additional Competitions are determined by placement and score. The squad if place third and fourth place has the option to attend and travel to the Regional Cheer Competition held in California in November. First and Second place will have the option to attend and travel to the National Cheer Competition held in Florida in December.
Peewee:
This is our secondary competition level squad. This squad is comprised of fifth and sixth graders. This team practices four evenings per week during the months of July and August; and two evening per week during the school, with the possibility of one to two games during the week. The squad will learn sideline cheers, jumps, basic tumbling and competitive stunts and pyramids. No experienced required. The squad will perform a half time routine during each football game as well as attend the ASC Pop Warner State Cheer Competition that will be held in October.
