Welcome to the official site for Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading in Anchorage, Eagle River and the Matanuska-Susitna Valley. Alaska South Central Pop Warner serves as the Highest Legal Authority (HLA) for Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading in Alaska. We are home for the beginnings of competitive youth football and cheerleading in our great state.
ASC Pop Warner participants play and cheer in a minimum of **8 GAMES** per season . Our football program does have minimum play requirements, insuring all players receive game time. There are no tryouts and we take new players at every age group. Practice begins July 25th.
ASC Pop Warner stresses the importance of scholastic achievement, requiring a 2.0 grade point average to participate in games. We combine sports and scholastics for a positive experience. ASC Pop Warner recognizes scholastic achievement with a local scholastic awards banquet. In addition, the National and Regional Pop Warner organizations recognize these same achievements with their National scholastic awards banquet. Athletes with less than a 2.0 may participate but are required to submit progress reports once school is in session.

2011 Open Registration
Sunday, May 22nd from 12-4 at the Northeast Community Center! This is a League wide registration and all Associations will be present. Bring in your football player or cheerleader!
